Recycled Granules
We produce secondary granules from out-of-date polymer materials. This affordable raw material is used to manufacture the packaging, polyethylene pipes, equipment and parts for many types of products.
Recycled polymers can completely replace the primary raw materials provided that they have similar quality features.
Today our company achieves this goal using modern technologies: we established a special polymer waste cleaning system, using the best foreign equipment.
Products you can buy:
- Recycled polypropylene (PP)
- Secondary low density polyethylene(LDPE) granule
Due to the nature of our business and our know-how, we produce secondary raw material indistinguishable from primary equivalent in injection molding and extrusion processes. Their usage allows thin extrusion of wire 10 microns, fishing line — from 7 microns and film — from 5-7 microns.
We make secondary granules ideal
Large-scale use of secondary granules was not always possible because the recycling of the polymers fell behind in quality due to the lack of full-cycle waste treatment.
A lot of plastic was produced worldwide, but a small percentage of it was returning to recycle, so secondary raw material could not compete with the primary materials.
So we set an ambitious goal: polymers should be massively recycled just like cellulose, metals, and glass does. And we had achieved a goal: tones of waste are successfully recycled today. For this, we carefully select it, classify by type, clean, grind, etc. As a result, we get high-grade granules, which are fully equivalent to mark 01030. The State Standard certificates the quality of our product. A secondary granule is not only cheaper in usage, but also has a minimum rejection of the finished product. That’s why, when using our recycled materials, the production rarely has losses, or they’re equal to the indicators of the primary technology.
